The area rests on the slopes Chianti-Montalbano, a natural terrace overlooking Valdinievole, with Pescia the city of flowers and Collodi famous for its Pinocchio Park.The House Master (Mq.115 - with 2 bedrooms and comfortable sofa bed 2 places in the living room can accommodate up to 7 people)The Holiday House Master is located at 'inside the farm, including the garden, the pool with a large panoramic terrace and private parking.The Holiday House Master is on the ground floor with private entrance, private garden with barbecue, central heating, air conditioning, Internet wifi, TV/DVD, washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.The ground floor is an open space composed of:- Large kitchen area with stove 5 burner stove, sink, dishwasher, electric oven, coffee machine, freezer column 8 drawers, tall refrigerator from 320lt, column oven and microwave oven, full kitchen utensils for cooking and all utensils, dinner service and glasses for 12 p., table and chairs, tablecloths and kitchen linens- Living area with TV and DVD player, internet Wifi and comfortable sofa bed two places.At the first floor there are:- Two large double bedrooms, among which one has a terrace overlooking the garden and pool and one with a single bed, furnished in a modern style with 6 doors wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.- Comfortable and functional bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, bidet and hair dryer.Poggio alla Cavalla tourist farm was obtained on the ground floor of a completely renovated farmhouse, without renouncing the comforts we are used to today.Poggio alla Cavalla tourist farm it is made up of a House Master and of 4 apartments, is surrounded by a garden, where there is a swimming pool with a large panoramic terrace and with private parking.The Holiday House Master, it can accommodate up to 7 people.The Holiday House Master is equipped a private outdoor space for lunches and dinners to open air, equipped with table and chairs, barbecue and its own a private parking space in the yard of farm.The swimming pool with springboard, only for guests of farmholidays, was built in a sunny, open area to ensure that the temperature of the water is always pleasant.
