This tastefully decorated, modern architect's house, which was built in 2011 is right on the beach will fascinate you. Enjoy the heated indoor pool with sea view, where you can swim at any time. The sheltered, south-facing terrace with garden furniture is perfect for alfresco dining. Due to the proximity to the beach you can enjoy an exceptional view and practice all water sports such as diving, surfing or windsurfing.

Loved it

10 of us stayed for one week. Everybody enjoyed themselves, The house, the facilities and the location appealed to everybody. The on line description of the property is accurate, if anything the quality of the house is understated. Many thanks for a wonderful holiday

Another amazing stay

This was our second time staying at this property and it was even better than the first. We had an absolutely amazing time. The proximity to Roscoff is fantastic. You can't beat the views out the back window or the beach at the bottom of the stairs. I think I drove the car one time. We ended up cycling everywhere and it was absolutely lovely. Only real negative was that the upstairs bedroom got a bit toasty on warmer days but nothing a fan couldn't sort out. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans cette villa vue sur mer. Nous avons pu profité de la plage, du jardin, de la piscine... Tous les ingrédients étaient réunis pour passer de bonnes vacances. Les enfants ont adoré et nous aussi ! La situation de la maison est idéale pour se promener et découvrir les alentours (ßle de Batz, baie de Morlaix...), ou juste bord de plage. Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis. Merci !!!

Excellent séjour familial (12 personnes) dans un cadre exceptionnel.

La maison spacieuse, lumineuse, parfaitement équipée est dotée d'une piscine intérieure et située en surplomb de la plage accessible par un chemin privatif depuis le jardin. Autant d'atouts qui ont été vivement appréciés par les enfants, leurs parents et leurs grand-parents et ont contribué à la réussite de ce séjour familial estival. A noter la convivialité des hÎtes.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt am Strand der Bretagne

Das schöne, großzĂŒgige Haus hat uns allen sehr gefallen. Der direkte Zugang zum Strand und der Indoor Pool wurde von allen gern genutzt. Viele MĂ€rkte und schöne bretonische StĂ€dte und Wanderrouten entlang der KĂŒste wĂ€re ausreichend vorhanden.

Fantastique séjour

Very good but needs updating

Excellent location and impressive property. The swimming pool was fantastic as was the sea location. Looking a bit tired and needs some maintenance. The bathrooms had black mould in the showers the sealant needs replacing urgently. Many of the doors had the fittings on the wrong way round and do not close easily this needs a fixing as do some of the handles. The steps down to the beach are difficult and some of the posts need to be firmer in the ground. These are minor points but at this price these should have been attended to.

Tolles Objekt in spektakulÀrer Lage

Wir hatten einen klasse Urlaub in diesem außergewöhnlichen Haus. Was immer das Verbot zu heben ist die Lage mit dem sensationellen Meerblick. Auch die guten Kajaks waren vor allem ein Highlight. Genauso wie der Indoorpool. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung, Kleinigkeiten könnte man immer bemĂ€ngeln.

Urlaub direkt am Meer

Wir waren vom Haus und dem uneinsichtigen Aussenbereich und dem direkten Zugang zum Strand sehr angetan. Im Haus ist alles geschmackvoll und sehr funktional eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts und die Betten sind sehr bequem, was in einem Ferienhaus nicht selbstverstĂ€ndlich ist. Das GrundstĂŒck ist eingezĂ€unt und der direkte Blick auf das Meer ist den ganzen Tag vorhanden, ob man im Haus ist oder im Garten verweilt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen.

Herrliche Lage

Das Haus ist sehr hĂŒbsch,doch auch schon etwas „abgewohnt“
Schimmel in der Dusche(Silikonfugen)..war leider auch nicht sauber geputzt!Eher alles etwas schmuddelig.Absolut zu wenig HandtĂŒcher vor Ort!
Keinerlei Sonnenschirm draußen! Keine Möglichkeit im Freien sich aufzuhalten bei Regenwetter
(Null Überdachung bzw.DachvorsprĂŒnge )
FĂŒr diese Preiskathegorie doch leider einige unkomfortable MĂ€ngel
😞..allerdings ist der direkte Zugang zum Strand phĂ€nomenal!!! Ebenso der gigantische Ausblick!Und der Empfang bei Ankunft durch den jungen Herren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!!👍
Alles in Allem-mit etwas Nachbesserung diverser Dinge wĂ€re das Haus einen zweiten Besuch wert!

SĂ©jour au top dans un cadre magnifique !

Superbe maison tout confort avec l’accĂšs Ă  la plage. La vue est Ă  couper le souffle, on ne s’en lasse jamais. Un grand merci Ă  NathanaĂ«l et Elysa pour leur accueil sympathique, leur rĂ©activitĂ©, et leurs conseils ou recommandations sur place. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans la villa, pour dĂ©couvrir la rĂ©gion en famille. La maison, trĂšs confortable, bien tenue propre et accueillante est trĂšs bien conçue pour que tout le monde puisse en profiter, la piscine, la trĂšs belle terrasse , le barbecue, l’accĂšs direct Ă  une trĂšs belle plage dont l’aspect change au grĂ© des marĂ©es. Tout est super !

Villa avec vue mer pour" vous évader " et déstresser

La vue est incroyable on profite des couchers de soleil avec les couleurs changeantes, des changements de temps Une impression de libertĂ© ,d immensitĂ© et d Ă©vasion pour l esprit. Pour les ados les plus jeunes et les adultes la piscine avec vue sur la mer permet de profiter mĂȘme si le temps ne permet pas de sortir Il y a toujours des petites choses Ă  redire mais comme partout ailleurs ...au final nous retiendrons l adresse.
