The country house is located only five kilometres from the beach Es Trenc and Colonia de Sant Jordi, on a natural path (dead end) on a farm plot of 14000mÂČ.
The romantic and exclusive finca is situated in a sought-after location and is newly and lovingly renovated. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living-dining room and kitchen, totalling 55.80mÂČ with air conditioning (hot and cold), two sofas (one of which is a sofa bed for two people measuring 140 x 200cm), wood-burning stove (firewood available), large flat-screen TV (42') with satellite antenna, CD player, + radio, free Internet (W-Lan). There is also a dining table for six people plus baby chair. The fully equipped, modern kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, two coffee machines (espresso and Melitta), kettle. Crockery and cutlery for 12 people also has air conditioning. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom (14.90mÂČ) with double bed (160 x 200cm) and baby cot on request, with air conditioning (hot and cold) and ceiling fan. There is also a shower room with WC, washbasin and large shower (5.35mÂČ). On the upper floor is the second bedroom with two beds (each 90 x 200cm) a small table with two straw armchairs and a folding bed for a child), totalling 23.25mÂČ, also air-conditioned (hot and cold) and ceiling fan, integrated shower room with WC, washbasin and large shower (6.65mÂČ) and access to the roof terrace (62.85mÂČ).
From the dining room/kitchen or the bedroom there is access to the sunny patio (78mÂČ) with a table for six and a fig tree for shade, also from the kitchen/dining room there is access to the front terrace (62mÂČ) with a dining table for six under a canopy and an uncovered part with a barbecue and six sun loungers. In front of this is the lawned area with pool (3.25 x 7.50m) and a shower. From the kitchen there is access to the large laundry/storage room with washing machine and from there to the covered car parking area and the entrance to the finca.
In the immediate neighbourhood there are scattered farms, private houses and a small cheese dairy. It is located in a quiet area in the countryside. The landlady lives five minutes away by car. The house is well suited for couples or families, pets are allowed, all windows are equipped with shutters and mosquito/fly nets, the property is fenced off from the property presentation path by a natural stone wall. Ideal house for relaxation or active holidays at any time of the year. Only five kilometres away you will find the most beautiful beaches of the island (Es Trenc, Es Carbó, Ets Estanys, Es Dolç) and not much further away the many romantic bays of the south-east coast (Cala Llombarts, Cala Santanyi, Cala S'Amonia, Cala Figuera, Cala Mondragó). Also within five kilometres you will find various supermarkets for shopping and several good restaurants. A golf course is 25 km away. After a few 100 metres you come to the large salt pans (bird sanctuary - guided tours by appointment). We also recommend a boat trip to the national park of the Cabrera archipelago (from Colonia de Sant Jordi).
