The 170 mÂČ holiday home offers space for up to seven people on two floors. The house was built in 1990 and last renovated in 2005.
From the living room there is access to the terrace, which has a table and chairs and a barbecue. From here you have a great view of the sea. From the 630 mÂČ garden of the property you have direct access via a path to the beach and the sea. There is also a private covered parking space on the property.
On the ground floor are the bedrooms, two of which are furnished with two single beds (0.90 m x 1.90 m) and one with a double bed (1.50 m x 1.90 m). There is also a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, as well as a guest toilet with washbasin. Another room can be converted into a fourth bedroom. Here you will have another bed of 1,40m x 1,90m. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a gas cooker with oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, capsule coffee machine, as well as crockery and cutlery. The spacious living room is equipped with sofas, satellite TV and a dining table for shared meals on the mezzanine. Wi-Fi is also available.
In addition to Cala Mandia beach, there are also the following beaches nearby: Cala Anguilla, Sa Coma, Cala Romantica and Portocristo, where you can rent boats and canoes. There are also many bays nearby, such as: B. Cala Varques, Cala Magraner, Cala Virgili.
