This finca is situated on a hill overlooking the coast of Cala Murada and Calas de Mallorca, surrounded by nature with pine trees, a quiet area with easy access and parking for cars.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one double and one with two large single beds, they share a complete bathroom with bathtub, there is the laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron and an outside terrace to hang the clothes, the ground floor consists of two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, they share a complete bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob, coffee machine, access to the dining room with a fireplace and to the living room with TV. The living room has windows with sea views, the dining room has access to the porch where there is a table and chairs to eat and enjoy the panoramic views of the sea, Cala Murada and Calas de Mallorca along with the pool terrace with its sun loungers and parasol.
