This detached finca is located on the edge of town of Capdeperas in northern Mallorca. Enjoy a relaxing holiday in this beautifully furnished house with a garden, a pool and beautiful views of the fortress of the town.

The third bedroom grants access to the second bathroom, which is ensuite. The spacious living room is furnished with a two and a three seater sofa, so you can relax after a day exploring the island. For your evening entertainment, there is a wall mounted flat screen satellite TV with a USB connection and a DVD player. There is also a desk with a chair. A wireless internet connection is also at your disposal. The kitchen is well-equipped to ensure a self-catering holiday. The kitchen is fully loaded with a four burner gas stove with an oven, a dish washer, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster etc. The dining table in the living room accommodates up to eight people. The living room grants access to the patio and the pool. Both bathrooms boast a shower, a sink and a toilet. The finca also has a washing machine and heating in all rooms.

It is just a few minutes' drive to four golf courses (3 km) and several restaurants (2 km) and shops. It is about 2 km to the centre of town of Capdepera. It is 3 km to the sandy beach.
