Centrally located in the village, in a quiet and green zone and yet less than 10 minutes to the shore and the harbour, you will find the Residenz Bodenseeperle with the comfort holiday apartment "Ferienwohnung Lindau" on the first floor.



The friendly and comfortably furnished 62 m2 flat has a living room with sofa and dining area, a well-equipped kitchenette with hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and fridge-freezer, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet and can accommodate 4 people.

The facilities also include Wi-Fi, a TV with cable connection, toys and board games, a cot and a high chair.



A covered balcony with seating and a parasol are also available and make you forget the daily routine quickly.



The location is ideal for car-free holidays: Cycle and hiking paths start practically at the front door, the railway station is about 600 m away from the house, the next supermarket is also only 8 min walk away and several restaurants are within a radius of 600/850 m. The natural bathing beach of Sipplingen is located 350m away from the apartment. Sipplingen is an ideal starting point for numerous exciting excursions: the flower island of Mainau, the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen, the Affenberg in Salem, the Meersburg - to name but a few.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.
