The stylish and well-kept 4*DG holiday flat Übersee21 is the perfect starting point: the mountains in sight | the shores of Lake Chiemsee within walking distance | the cycle paths in front of the house | culture for every taste!
The approx. 75 square metre Übersee21 holiday loft offers generous space for 2 people. It has a spacious living-dining area with a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious south-facing balcony with a view of our local mountains. The separate bedroom (double bed) offers a view of the Upper Bavarian starry sky with the option of shooting stars or blackout. The duvets and bed linen (comfort size 155x220cm with 4 pillows) are suitable for allergy sufferers and comply with the eco-textile standard. If you cross the corridor, you reach the bathroom (shower/washbasin/WC/washing machine), towels are provided. All living rooms (except the bathroom) have solid wood floors and can be darkened.

The holiday flat is located on the 1st floor of our house in the Feldwies district, a residential area outside the centre of the climatic health resort of Übersee.
The well-developed infrastructure of the climatic health resort Übersee has a railway station and a motorway connection with direct connection to Salzburg and Munich, various doctors, pharmacy, supermarkets, organic food shop, bakery and restaurants ect.To the lake and harbour, the lido Übersee, incl. beach bar with sandy beach, a high ropes course, canoe and SUP rental, restaurants, kiosks ect. you can reach on foot, by bike or by car. Enjoy the longest natural bathing beach on southern Germany's second largest lake and the impressive mountain world of the Chiemgau Alps or take advantage of the many cultural offers in the village and the surrounding area, or the proximity to Salzburg and Munich.
