Sa Rapita, south-east coast of Mallorca
From the penthouse flat you have a wonderful view of the quiet village of Sa Rapita and across to the kilometre-long dream beach Es Trenc and breathtaking sunsets. The house is quietly located at the end of Sa Rapita on a residential road with little traffic. The beach promenade, numerous restaurants, bars, supermarket, ATM, bus stop and souvenir shops are only approx. 500 metres away.
The house is surrounded on all sides by a large, well-kept garden. It is planted with many different Mediterranean shrubs, plants and flowers. There is always something blooming here. The property is completely fenced in.
You can park your hire car directly in front of the house entrance in a private car park.
The penthouse flat consists of a large, sunny studio (kitchen-living room, large bedroom with double bed and sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin and a wonderful, sunny, large roof terrace. This is furnished with sun loungers. An awning provides the necessary shade on sunny days. The double-glazed windows of the studio are fitted with artistic wrought-iron grilles and mosquito blinds. All rooms are bright and cosy and are decorated in a Mediterranean style. The furnishings are generally in the typical warm Mallorcan colours.
The penthouse flat is ideal for singles, couples or parents with a baby or small child up to 12 years old.

You can reach Mallorca's dream sandy beach "Es Trenc" in approx. 1.3 km. From here you can walk the 8 km long sandy beach.
