Then our penthouse in Neukirchen am GroĂvenediger is the right place for you.
Our apartment was recently built with the best materials and equipped with high-quality designer furniture to ensure that you will have an unforgettable vacation in the Austrian Alps. The accommodation runs over two floors (4th floor and attic), measures approx. 160 square meters and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
Thanks to its south-facing position, it allows you to enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains.
From the garage, where we provide two parking lots, you can directly take the elevator up to the apartment.
On the fourth floor, there is a spacious entrance area with a checkroom, sauna, three bedrooms, and two terraces. All bedrooms have a double bed, bathroom En-Suite with shower, TV, and access to the terrace.
The attic floor, with its 47 square meters, open living area with high-quality fully equipped kitchen, chimney, dining area, and its terrace with a breathtaking view of the mountain landscape, is an ideal place to relax.
The kitchen is perfectly equipped for a delightful culinary experience.
Furthermore, the living area has two sofa beds, which can be used as additional sleeping accommodation.
For your comfort, you have unlimited access to our W-LAN network in the accommodation for the entire time of your stay.
In addition, the complex has not only an indoor garage with a car park but also a washing and drying room, as well as a ski room with heated ski and boot lockers.
Thanks to the strategic location of the accommodation, you can enjoy the sports and natural world of Austria 365 days a year.
Furthermore, the KitzbĂŒhel Alps (Salzach Valley), one of the most attractive winter sports regions in Austria, can be explored by using the Wildkogel cable lift located in front of the accommodation.
