Wonderful holiday flat with sauna, balcony in the middle of the Salzburger Sportwelt and with a view of the magical mountain world for the whole family

The holiday flat, which is located in a detached holiday home in a quiet location on the southern slope of Eben, offers an unobstructed view of the magnificent mountains and the village of Eben.

On around 100 square metres there is a large, cosy living/dining area with a fitted kitchen, a tiled stove, two bedrooms, two WCs and a bathroom. The fully furnished flat also has a TV with satellite connection and radio. A travel cot and a high chair are available for small children. Pillows and duvets with covers are provided, but please bring your own towels and tea towels. In addition to the central underfloor heating, the tiled stove can be heated with wood, which is always in stock. The kitchen is equipped with crockery for eating, cooking, fondue and raclette. A cooker with oven and extractor bonnet, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine are also available. In the basement there is a sauna that can accommodate three to four people, as well as a table tennis table, exercise equipment and another TV. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available in the basement.

The holiday flat also has a large furnished balcony. Children can play safely around the house as it is not on a through road. A mountain bike and a touring bike are available in the house. Winter sports equipment, other bikes and e-bikes can be hired in the village. The village centre can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is very centrally located in the Salzburger Sportwelt Amade and is ideal for a wonderful winter holiday. The Monte Popolo ski area (Reitlehenbahn) is 800 metres away and can be reached on skis. The cross-country ski run is 100 metres away. Flachau is 6 km, Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee 18 km, Reiteralm 18 km, Schladming 25 km, Dachstein cable car 25 km from the holiday flat. In the neighbouring villages (4 km) there are thermal baths with giant slides and saunas. In the summer months, the swimming lake in Eben and the tennis courts are just a 15-minute walk away. Hikes and mountain bike tours are possible directly from the house. The popular hiking regions of the Dachstein mountains, Radstädter- and Schladmingertauern can be easily reached by car. Salzburg is 60 km away, the Lichtensteinklamm 30 km, the Eisriesenwelt 20 km, the Radstadt golf course 7 km and the Dachstein cable car 20 km. In the neighbouring villages there are thermal baths with giant slides, saunas, etc., as well as a climbing garden and a summer toboggan run.
