The modern holiday flat "Pinada Beach III" has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living room. It is designed for 6-8 persons and is located in La Mata, only 5 km from Torrevieja and 40 km from Alicante. The beautiful sandy beach is only 200 metres away. The holiday home is on the second floor and has a fully equipped kitchen, TV, iron, hair dryer, bed linen and towels. From the communal roof terrace on the top floor, where there is a brick barbecue and even an outdoor shower, you have a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. It is an ideal place for family holidays. There are many restaurants and a grocery shop nearby. La Mata is a popular holiday resort with a good infrastructure. For people who like to relax near the sea, we recommend the 2.5 km long beach, which turns into a natural park full of dunes and hiking trails. Only 2 km away is the Molino del Agua Park with water cascades and a pine forest. For nature lovers, we recommend a walk or cycle ride to the Las Lagunas Natural Park, where you can watch birds and relax. There are also many cycle routes nearby. Very popular is also the pink salt lake in Torrevieja, which is only 7 km from the flat. The water is effective against skin diseases, inflammations and is also relaxing. Flamingos are usually seen in this reserve. For lovers of active recreation we also recommend: go-kart, Aquapolis Water Park, sailing, wakeboard, flyboard, surfing, stand-up paddling and canoeing - all attractions up to 5 km from the flat.

For nature lovers we recommend a walk or bike ride to the Las Lagunas natural park. You can also see the "pink" lake which are the salt mines of Torrevieja located 8.5km from the flat. Its waters are relaxing, anti-inflammatory and reduce skin problems. Inside the lagoon you can enjoy the flamingos. In the surroundings there are also go-karts, water park Aquapolis, rowing, wakeboarding, flyboarding, surfing, canoeing - about 5 km from the flat.
