The house is located directly at the sea in a very quiet area, the house is perfect to relax and unwind. But those who want to do some business are only a few minutes by car in Aguilas, where there are many restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors or shops. There are also many opportunities to pass the time in the area:
Golf courses, water parks, shopping centres, castles, diamond mines, bathing bays, boat trips, fish auctions etc.

From the house you can reach the beach in a few minutes on foot.

The house has an open bright living area with fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, electric oven, microwave), dining area and living room with beautiful sea views. A master bedroom with double bed 180 x 200 cm. A guest room with two single beds which can be put together if necessary. A bathroom with shower and a separate WC.

There is another separate outdoor shower outside.
Several terraces surround the house, on the terrace in front of the house you have wonderful sea views. At the back on another terrace is the pool with sunbathing area, another shower and views of the hilly landscape and the sea. The pool can be covered electronically.

For cosy hours on the terrace there are sunbeds to soak up the sun or for the siesta in between.
There is also a dining area and a gas grill.
The terrace is equipped with an awning. Shutters and insect screens are on all windows.

For the hot summer days the air conditioning system provides cooling, the house is also equipped with a gas central heating.

Tea towels, bed linen, hand and shower towels as well as bath towels are available.

Estáncia en casasol

Ajustado a su precio. Casa maravillosa al borde del mar. Interiormente perfecta, con todas las comodidades cocina bien equipada, dormitorios con camas muy cómodas, limpieza etc. La dueña, Simone encantadora, siempre atenta, muy amable. Y la piscina genial. Todo perfecto. Un lugar donde relajarse. Lo tiene todo. Muy recomendable.

It’s all about the view

Property is difficult to find and down an unmade road. If you have a hire car unless it’s a high there is a risk of grounding. The steps up to the property are quite steep and so not accessible for anyone with disabilities. The toilet is like a cell, very small and the basin makes it hard to sit comfortably The bathroom shower is very small but there is a larger outside shower. Air con is only in living room so the main bedroom gets incredibly hot even with every other door and window shut the air-con is too far away to cool it. The pillows are very hard and lumpy and the sheets are poor quality and looked old All the crockery and kitchen equipment is old and poor quality. The cutlery is starting to rust and the fridge freezer is too small The towels are very small and there are no beach towels Disappointed there was no dishwasher and no smart TV In general the furniture is very dated and not in great condition Unfortunately the pool is not child friendly and there was a broken lounger with sharp plastic. There is only one lounger cushion Simone that greeted us was lovely and nice little welcome pack of cheese ham bread and drinks. With a bit of work and updating this could be a lovely property but currently it’s just all about the view so felt it was overpriced
