The additional bedrooms host a queen and double bed with a shared full bathroom. You'll find all the customary amenities you'd expect - washer/dryer, towels, toiletries, a stocked kitchen, etc.

The property is centrally located just minutes from Dillingham's major locations on a secluded 2.5 acres with NO direct neighbors. It also boasts direct access to private tundra and a paved multi-use trail within walking distance.

• Standard Bookings (1–4 Guests/2 Bedrooms): Your booking includes exclusive access to our two prime bedrooms. The third smaller bedroom will remain locked and closed during your stay. This allows us to keep our cleaning costs lower and pass those savings directly on to smaller groups!

• Group Bookings (5 Guests/3 Bedrooms): If you book for 5 guests, our automated guest-based pricing will apply. Paying this additional guest fee dynamically unlocks the third, smaller bedroom (which features a shared bathroom layout) and provides full house access for your entire group.

Bedroom & Guest Access Policy:

1. Base rates cover an occupancy of up to 4 guests utilizing the two master/prime bedrooms.

2. The 3rd bedroom remains locked and off-limits unless the booking is modified to 5 guests and the additional guest fee is paid.

3. Unregistered guests or unauthorized entry/use of the locked 3rd bedroom will result in an automatic charge of $250/night to cover the additional cleaning, laundry, and unauthorized room utility fees.
