In the bathroom next to the living room there is a washing machine. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, one of which is furnished with two single beds and the other three with double beds. Two of the double bedrooms have their own bathroom, the other two share a separate third bathroom. If necessary, two extra beds can be added for children.

The holiday house is rented out in its entirety, so you can enjoy your stay in absolute privacy. The property offers a magnificent view of the typical Marche landscape with fields of wheat and sunflowers. The extra beds are folding beds.
