Primary Bedroom: Features a plush King bed and a TV—perfect for quiet evenings and restful nights.

Bedroom Two: Offers a cozy Queen bed and TV, ideal for couples or additional guests.

Bedroom Three: A favorite for kids and teens, this room includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, making sleepovers and sibling stays extra fun.

For even more flexibility, the Loft area provides an additional space to spread out. Whether it’s used for watching TV, relaxing with a book, or extra sleeping, the loft includes a fold-out King bed and a twin mattress. Kids and teens especially love this area, though guests should note the stairs leading up are a bit steep.

A Pack ‘n Play is also available, making Villa deGrazi a family-friendly choice for guests traveling with little ones.
