Denna premie 331 kvm studio lägenhet ligger i den historiska och elegant restaurerade Bab byggnad. Den karismatiske Babs, byggd 1905, kommer att ta dig till själen i Missoula gemenskap i ett pulsslag. Centralt beläget på Missoula livliga Hip Strip, är Babs omgiven av stadens bästa restauranger och bagerier. Allt är bara en promenad bort.

Den lyxiga studio lägenhet har helt byggts om och eftertänksamt utformad för en mycket smart, modern, men folklig "Industri känsla" och är idealisk för ut ur staden besökare som vill utforska Missoula och det omgivande området. Helt nya, naturliga och rena inredningsmaterial och en stor avstigning fönster få massor av naturligt ljus till utrymmet. Nya apparater och andra nya bekvämligheter kompletteras av de ursprungliga plåt rock och tegelväggar påminner besökare av gamla tider. Den lägenhet har ett rymligt badrum, ett fullt utrustat kök med solida bokskog bänkskivor, och en bekväm queen size-säng. Dessa lägenheter komplimanger också hög hastighet trådlöst internet, HD platt-TV och tre personer soffa, som fälls ner i en två personer bäddsoffa.

Det lyxiga lägenhet är i källaren. Den tvättmaskin och torktumlare och gemensam lounge ligger i källaren också. Dessa lägenheter tak är väl isolerade från ljud och du inte skulle dela nästa dörr väggar med några andra lägenheter i byggnaden.

Thanksgiving Week

Fantastic condo in a beautiful building, my room was directly across the hall from the community space and I was able to prepare and share Thanksgiving with my daughter and her friends while she is out at UM. We had 7 folks over hanging out from campus 3-4 nights a week utilizing the community space! I brought my own turkey roaster but the space was completely furnished with everything we would need!!

Wonderfully located studio

This studio space was quite lovely and spaced out well for the size. Fully recommend staying!! Pros - good location, plenty of parking, great restaurants to walk to, dog friendly, full kitchen, and washers. Cons - heard anyone in the stairwell or lounge, shower likes to flood the bathroom if you're not careful, wish it had more cookware.

Very cozy!

We enjoyed our stay in the studio down stairs. Very clean and comfortable. Great location for coffee and meals. Short walk to the river and downtown. To the University is a nice walk also. Access in/out the back door was good. One suggestion would be a stool for the bed. We will be back!

The best part to this property is the location. It is close to everything. It is small, but has everything you need. The only thing I would recommend the owner to change is the futon. It is not a comfortable place to sit, nor sleep.

Just What the Doctor Ordered

My husband, our weiner dog, and I were coming off a camping trip down in Yellowstone, and very much appreciated the quiet and cozy and warm nature of this property. And the hot shower with amazing water pressure. And the coffee maker. And the walking distance to anything we really wanted. It was perfect.

Clean and great location!

Great Location/Great Stay

I had the opportunity to stay at the Bab's for 6 weeks this summer. The property suited my needs perfectly. The location was fabulous and I walked everywhere. Although I did have a vehicle, I rarely used it. Parking was not an issue. The studio was cozy. It is downstairs and can be dark but this did not bother me. It stayed cool in the summer heat. Noise above (footsteps) can be heard as other reviewers have mentioned but this was not a concern for me at all. I had no problems sleeping. The bed is wonderfully comfortable. The owners are very responsive. I would rent this studio again for sure!

Missoula, as for many people, is a special place to us. It is where we met as students in college and where we always knew we wanted to call home. After school, however, life and work took us to Asia, Finland and New York City, before we could both settle back in Missoula together and start our family. Now with our daughter Maija, we are pleased to share all that the Missoula community has to offer with visitors at our Bab’s condo.

Jenni first came to Missoula as an exchange student attending grad school from Finland. She immediately fell in love with the surrounding landscape and community but most of all Kurt. Kurt’s family is from the area and always knew the Montana lifestyle was the only one for him. They both enjoy the outdoor and cultural opportunities Missoula has to offer including skiing up Pattee Canyon, taking their daughter Maija to Missoula’s award winning Children’s Theater or enjoying Missoula’s restaurants, breweries and distilleries. They feel fortunate to call Missoula home and are pleased to share their love of the area with each of their guests.

The Babs is one of Missoula’s premiere historic buildings. Located near several of Missoula’s gems including downtown, the Kim Williams trail and the University, visitors can easily walk or bike to restaurants, shopping, bars, and hiking trails. Not to mention the best ice cream (The Big Dipper), pastries (Le Petite) and beer (Kettle House) are just around the corner. In addition, the condo itself is fully stocked with the comforts of home including a full-kitchen, children’s amenities (pack n’ play, high chair, books and toys as well as eating utensils). The Babs also offers a rec room with pool table and a garden area with a Viking grill available for guest use.
