Peaks on Gate är ett modernt hem med alla moderna bekvämligheter, men ligger bara 5 minuters promenad från de viktigaste shopping, restauranger, Shaw Theatre och parker! Detta är ett perfekt hem för stora familjer eller par som gillar att resa tillsammans och bo tillsammans.


HÖJDPUNKTER
3 sovrum 3 ½ badrum. Huvudnivån har ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och badrum med dusch i glas och den övre nivån har också ytterligare två sovrum med dubbelsäng med eget badrum och ett tv-rum / häll som går med i de två sovrummen.

Det öppna konceptet vardagsrum, matsal och kök gör att du alltid är tillsammans och njuter av din tid tillsammans. Uteplatsen för matsal är bekvämt belägen på ett däck utanför köket. Har också grill / grill. Fantastiskt ställe att njuta av ditt nyligen köpt vin från en av Niagaras finaste vingårdar. Bambusgolven erbjuder värmen som gör detta hem till en välkomnande och bekväm plats att bo!

Professionellt rengöras och vi erbjuder sängkläder, tvättstuga, utrustat kök, wifi, luftkonditionering, grill / grill och tvättmöjligheter.

PLATS
Detta fritidshus ligger i ett lugnt bostadsområde, en 5 minuters promenad till butiksbutiker, fina restauranger, Shaw-teatern, trädgårdar, klocktorn etc.

Gemensam poolen är en 10 minuters promenad bort och är öppen från mitten av juni till Labor Day helgen. Det finns en daglig avgift för gemenskapens pool!

We absolutely loved our stay in NOTL! The house was in the perfect location—within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. We couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate my Dad’s 80th birthday. It made such a special occasion even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again!

I took my elderly parents, two sisters and my daughter on a little getaway to NOTL and chose this house because of the open plan, multiple bathrooms and walking distance to downtown.We all had a great time and the open plan of the house was great for us all being together. Loved the large bright kitchen. Nice there was a spot for eating outside as well.Just a heads- up, there are a few places in the house where there is a step down on wooden steps, with no railing, that might be a concern for elderly guests with poor vision.The house was clean, with just a few minor things that needed to be addressed (missing towel rack, bathroom shower that didn't drain well)We appreciated some of the restaurant recommendations. Loved that it was an easy walk to the main street. We were even able to walk to the theatre for a show one day.Overall a great spot for a family or group of friends.

There is a difference in staying for 2-3 days vs 2 weeks. Although the house is exactly as described it is in need of a visit from a Home Handyman. Things like shower doors that don’t seal,patio doors that don’t seal,table top fans to suppliment the upstairs bedroom air conditioning because it is ineffective ,large black spots in all seating areas on the light grey living room rug, missing towel bar in upstairs bathroom etc,etc The list of issues we found were supplied to the rental company.This is our 6 year in Niagara on the Lake and our first lodging disappointment

This was our second stay at Peaks on Gate for our group of two couples and one single, and we hope to return again. The set-up of the house is perfect for a group such as ours (or three couples). The kitchen comes well equipped with everything you need and is open to the living area so the cooks are always engaged in any conversation. We had no need to contact the property manager this year, but when we did last year, the issue was very quickly resolved. While the TV in the living area could certainly be larger, we have no complaints about the facilities - the house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location is unbeatable.
