The detached holiday home, renovated in 2016, is modern and functionally furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and the quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: lawn, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Bribir. The holiday home is located on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday home consists of two units that are separated by a courtyard. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) is available on the property.
