This luxurious and very spacious corner house (left part of middle block) is located directly at the 100% snow-sure beautiful (family) ski area Kreischberg. The house is particularly tastefully furnished and fully equipped. Two parking spaces are under a carport and one parking space is in the garage. One parking space under the carport has a communal charging point for an e-bike. The brand new lift and slopes are within walking distance as is the cosy village of Sankt Lorenzen
This fantastic ski area has very wide slopes and a maximum variety of blue, red and black runs is the top environment for snowboarders and freestyle skiers. Kreischberg organises regular freestyle ski world cup competitions for good reason. There is also a huge amount to do for children on the first plateau. There is no shortage of cosy ski huts and restaurant where you can eat and drink at very reasonable prices. In addition, there is no mass tourism here and due to the presence of the brand-new lifts, no waiting times at the lifts and this area has a very convivial aprĂšs-ski atmosphere. The funpark is among the absolute world's best! Big competitions are organised here every year. For cross-country skiers and winter hikers, there are countless possibilities here. Feel like sledding? That too is possible here! The local train stops right behind this resort. In summer, a visit to the beautiful medieval town of Murau with its cosy shops, restaurants and pleasant terraces is highly recommended. Besides beautiful walks in the mountains, you can also hike or cycle along the Mur cycle path. This is a famous cycling path along the Mur River in the region. There is a fantastic golf course 2 km from the house. You will also find an outdoor swimming pool with a large sunbathing area within walking distance. In both summer and winter, this region is the ideal place for active holidaymakers. Experience peace and quiet here too, as this region has not yet been discovered by mass tourism. You can still enjoy pure Austrian cosiness and many traditions here. In terms of nature, the region is incredibly beautiful and full of traditions. You get discounts on ski and bike rentals, depending on the season!
