Lovely Condo

We stayed in this condo because our son and granddaughter were in a terrible car accident and they were being cared for at St. George Regional Hospital. Our son was discharged earlier than our granddaughter and this was an excellent place to stay while he was recuperating and we would visit the hospital daily. Great location and quiet community. Excellent vacation condo.

The only thing that was lacking was body soap, but thankfully we brought our own. It was very clean and comfortable. Loved the location, in the middle of everywhere we went.

Weekend Stay

Enjoyed the condo. Plenty of room for 2 couples. Only draw back, there was no bar soap for showers, no shampoo or conditioner in bathrooms and no Pool Towels.

The kitchen was well stocked. I like to cook rather than eat out, and I was not disappointed by the pans and dishes that were available. Everything was very clean, and my kids enjoyed the pools.

Perfect in every way!

The condo was in an amazing location near two pool areas (slides!!) with incredible views. The indoor pool was a plus. The beds and pillows were “hotel like” and the whole home was tastefully decorated and comfortable. There were two amazing playgrounds a short distance away. Stores and restaurants are conveniently located. We highly recommend this rental!

Wonderful bright and sunny condo!

The property is in a lovely quiet complex and has a great view from the kitchen and the large balcony. The condo unit is wonderfully bright and sunny! It is very well equipped, tastefully decorated, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen layout and kitchenware is wonderful for cooking and eating inside or outside on the balcony. The location was great for our day hiking trips and the many golf courses is the area. We really enjoyed our time there and would not hesitate to return!

Great view; handy to many parks

We like the property, but there were a lot of steps to go up and down every day, which wasn’t a problem for us since we’re both in good shape but for somebody our age that’s having arthritis. It might’ve been a problem. Also, the coffee maker was pretty old and really a new one would’ve been nice. Those were a lot of noise at night from people coming from the pool that would stand outside our balcony and talk after we had gone to bed, but overall we really enjoyed the condo and especially having that balcony to sit out on it was wonderful. We went home relaxed and happy so thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Absolutely Lovely

We truly enjoyed our stay. Loved all the practical items that made the stay easy. The college kids had a quick dip in the pool, but November weather is not hot enough for an old lady like me to jump in. I was blessed to read and complete a puzzle both thoughtful touches available in the home. Communication was quick and kind. I would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose!

Had a great time

This was our first VRBO experience and we really enjoyed it - much more than a typical hotel. The owner left great instructions, the pools were pretty fun for our kids, and it was nice and clean. There really isn't much to complain about. The only minor inconvenience was the couch in the living room. It seems a little old and uncomfortable but not a huge deal overall. We'd likely stay here again!

Very nice.

Very nice. We would definitely stay there again. Our only complaint was that the tub in the master bath was not cleaned. it had hair all over and the floor in the master bath was not swept. That was a function of the cleaning crew, not the condo.

Fun trip

Great hiking trip. It was terrific to have a “home” to go back to at night. The condo was clean and comfy. Beds were great. Kitchen had tons of cooking tools. Funny thing happend first day...both shower curtain rods had fallen while we were out! It was like a gremlin prank! We got a kick out of it! All good. Thanks for sharing your home!

Fit our family and budget well!

We found this condo to be very roomy and comfortable for our family of 5. Everything we needed was supplied for the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. There are windows on 3 of the 4 walls in the kitchen and family room, making it very airy and bright. It's furnished and decorated tastefully. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to visit again in the future. Bring your own pool towels though! Other units in Las Palmas that we've rented stock them so it slipped my mind to bring our own. Dani

We purchased this vacation rental to bring our family together on long weekends and holidays. Sharing our special property with guests helps to offset the cost and allows us to keep it in tip top condition.

The condominium complex is packed with fun amenities and there are numerous hiking and biking trails just outside our doorstep. It's so easy to just unpack and then head off on on foot or by bike to enjoy some new adventure. A short drive away takes us to slot canyons, shopping, lakes, Tuacahn plays, waterfalls, cultural events and national parks. We love St. George for i t's wonderful restaurants, outdoor recreation and small town activities.
