On the ground floor is the spacious living area with open-plan kitchen and exit to the terrace with heated pool (5.00 x 6.00 x 1.5), sun loungers, outdoor shower and sea view. On the first floor there are the other four bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200) and en-suite bathroom. In the basement you will find the fitness room with shower, table tennis table and an underground car park for 3 cars.
