The holiday home Maria with heated pool is located in the hamlet of Puharici, above the town of Makarska. This detached holiday home has three floors and a plot of approx. 500 square metres. The house is surrounded by olive trees, has a well-kept garden with barbecue area and garden furniture. The overflow pool (heated) is about 25 square metres in size and from here you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the town of Makarska. Sun loungers and an outdoor shower are also available.
The house has internet access, air conditioning, TV/SAT, washing machine. Car parking in the yard. One small or medium sized dog is allowed.
In the house, which is spread over three floors, there is a living room with dining area and sofa bed, fireplace, kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a loggia with a seating area and a view of the sea and the town of Makarska. In the basement is the second double bedroom with bathroom, separate entrance. Connected to the upper floor by an external staircase.
