Detta stora tyska kalkstenshem (Heinemann - Moritz Estate byggdes in1873) renoverades för lyx under våren 2019. Det stora sovrummet har färgade bjälkar och ett välvt tak, höga fönster med utsikt över den privata gården, en king-himmelssäng, TV och privat marmorbadkar (dubbel flamländsk antikviteter av porslin, regndusch och piedestalkar). Det andra sovrummet har en king size-säng och det tredje sovrummet har en queen size-säng. 2: a och 3: e sovrummet delar ett bad med dubbla granit toppade handfat och en stor inbyggd dubbel huvuddusch. Den fjärde våningen sovrummet (branta trappor - inte för äldre eller småbarn) har ett strålkastat välvt tak, 2 queen size-sängar, en TV och ett privat badrum med dusch. Gourmet köket har en stor ö, en bar och en Wolf gas-serie med 6 brännare, en grill och 2 ugnar för den lilla kocken i dig! Vardagsrummet är golv till tak glas med utsikt över den frodiga bakgården, kärleksfullt kallad "The Secret Garden" av vänner. Huset erbjuder också en gameroom / studie och ett biljardrum / vardagsrum med en TV för gäster att sprida ut. Huset erbjuder kabel-TV, 4 platt-TV och Wifi. Matbordet rymmer 8 med 3 extra platser i köksbaren. Den bakre uteplatsen har ett matbord för 8, en sittgrupp för 4 vid grillen och en gas eld grop med plats för 6. Verandan har fyra vippor så det finns flera möjligheter att underhålla! Fastigheten ligger på .66 avskilda tunnland bara ett kvarter utanför Main Street. Fredericksburg birthday getaway

My friends and I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this home. Jill was extremely responsive and helpful, and had great recommendations throughout the town. She even added some thoughtful touches to our stay that made my birthday celebration even more special! The home was immaculate, well stocked, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The outdoor space is amazing. Easy walk to main street. Would absolutely recommend this home and would come back in a heartbeat!

Escape to Fredericksburg

Escaped cold Idaho for Texas. Great property, loved the house and heated pool. Host was great, even mailed me my glasses I forgot. We will definitely return.

Beautiful Property Close to Main

Loved our stay…plenty of room to spread out. :) House sits on far end of west side of town which technically is walkable to Main St; however, most of the shops we visited were on other side of Main making a car ride necessary to carry all of our loot . :) Definitely will stay again. Thank you for your hospitality and for sharing your lovely home.

Amazing!

I cannot say enough wonderful words to describe Jill or this home! Jill went out of her way to help us after we were left high and dry by a last minute booking cancellation elsewhere. Our large family was traveling from out of town to celebrate belated holiday fun. Jill was so welcoming and had the hot tub on for us upon arrival! She was so responsive and helpful with our last minute change to her gorgeous home. We were overjoyed at this turn of events when we were able to fully relax and enjoy all this home has to offer from the game room for cheese and puzzles, multiple Christmas trees, pool table, comfy reading books, nap spots, perfectly equipped bedrooms & bathrooms & kitchen. It wa the most magical experience for our family to be together in such a lovely home. Everything was so close too…we were up and down Main Street…from eating at Hondos, at the house, wine tasted at Beckers, and even went to the Pacific war museum. Thank you Jill!

Post Christmas Stay

A lovely home in a beautiful setting. We loved this house, it was clean well stocked (so much coffee) and a great layout. We enjoyed the hot tub, the billiards, and the patio. The dining table fit us all and it was not a bad walk to main street. Would def stay again!

Holiday Getaway

We had such an amazing experience. Jill was such a help and the communication was excellent. The house was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was great and stocked with everything, there were even s'mores supplies! We had a very kind gift from a local bakery as well. My family loved the hot tub, the outdoor spaces, the sun room, the pool table and so much more. We would love to come back!!!

Romantic getaway

Our first visit to Fredericksburg was a delightful experience, and the house played a significant role in making it so enjoyable. We loved being able to stroll to nearby restaurants and explore the charming town without relying much on our car. The owner's suggestions were invaluable in helping us plan where to eat and what to do. After a day of walking and wine tasting, the pool was refreshing in the afternoons, and we had a blast playing pool in the evenings. The house had a lovely vintage charm, which we adored, but it did come with the quirks of an older home—creaky floors and sounds from the outside, including some late-night construction noise from jackhammers. Despite that, the cleanliness of the house met our expectations. We did notice a few dead roaches and gnats, likely a result of recent pest control efforts, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic trip, and we would definitely recommend this house to others.

Quite the historical, comfortable stay

This was a perfect stay for reuniting 7 old friends. The house was comfortable and beautiful. So much privacy to be a block off Main St. Plenty of room to sit down and eat or play games at the table. The pool was nice. Enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, bedroom and pool needs. Cleanliness was a 10! This original 1871 home was of extreme interest! Jill responded immediately to our needs.

Lovely Bachelorette Weekend @ the Lux Estate

We had such a great stay and Jill was an amazing host. Her communication and accessibility was top notch and the home was absolutely stunning - perfect for a Bach weekend for thirty something’s! The home is quintessential Fredericksburg and very comfortable- you’ll have everything you need. Jill has amazing vendors and recommendations as well. We would love to come back!

The perfect place to stay when you are visiting Fredericksburg!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful house in Fredericksburg, Texas! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and cozy the house was. Despite the hot summer weather, the house remained wonderfully cool, providing a perfect retreat from the heat. The outdoor space was just as delightful, featuring a stunning pool and well-maintained landscaping. It was the ideal spot to relax and unwind. The location was fantastic! Just a short 4-minute walk to the main part of town, we were able to enjoy all the local shopping and dining with ease. Plus, it was only a 2-minute drive to even more great spots, and the famous wineries of Fredericksburg were still conveniently close. Our host truly made the experience exceptional. They were attentive, responsive, and genuinely one of the best hosts we've ever dealt with. Their hospitality added so much to our stay, making it even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a wonderful getaway in Fredericksburg!

Family getaway

Beautiful house and property located a block from Main Street. Arrived to a a fruit tray and fresh gorgeous flowers spaced around the home. Kids enjoyed the pool table, pool and hot tub. Kitchen had an abundance of cookware and serving dishes. This home had everything you would want in a home away from home. Communication was A+ with easy check-in and departure instructions. We will be back!

Relaxing Week

We had a great time! The house was better than the description! Our twin 16 year old granddaughters loved the upstairs bedroom. The pool was great for the family and very clean. Great location, one block off main! The kitchen had all you need for any meal! We would highly recommend! Very Professional and property manager made sure everything was perfect!

Good location in Fredericksburg.

We really only have two recommendations. Cut out or severely trim the plants on the grill area of the patio. Just way to much there. Secondly, install an intuitive thermostat located in the hallway to the downstair bedrooms. Impossible to use properly. For the 8 people we had there it was a very nice facility and great location. Pool and hot tub were super. All as advertised. Thanks

Girls trip

It was a great trip and the communication was great as well! The beds were comfortable and the whole property is beautiful. The only thing is there was 9 of us so the hot water ran out when we needed to shower. Also, they are very specific about “quiet time” at night so the pool lights and hot tub were turned off at 9:45-10. Those things were very minor and the over all trip was wonderful.

Charming home!

We loved the amenities of the house! So comfortable and most welcoming. Beds very comfortable & bathrooms large with fluffy towels and everything you’d need. House set up perfectly for families of all ages. We loved the pool and patio! So close to town. Host very responsive and welcoming! We are already planning to return!

Great house

We had a great experience. The house is awesome with lots to do and comfortable beds. It is close to the main drag but on a quiet street. The only issue we had was no lock on the master bedroom door.
