Perfect for accommodating up to 5 guests, this first-floor flat covers an area of 55 square metres, ensuring maximum comfort and an unforgettable holiday for you and your loved ones.
The interior of the flat has been designed with your comfort in mind: a cosy bedroom awaits you to rest after your days at the beach, while the kitchenette, complete with gas cooker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, offers you the opportunity to prepare tasty meals in the comfort of your own living room. There is also a safe for your valuables and a television for your moments of relaxation.
Outside, you can enjoy the sea breeze from your private balcony or make sure your car is safe in the dedicated parking space located in a fenced courtyard next to the house. For those who don't want to part with their four-legged friends, you will be happy to know that we welcome up to two pets per flat for a small surcharge.
The location of the flat could not be more ideal: situated only 100 metres from the beach and the sea and within easy reach of the nearest centre and grocery shops, both 200 metres away.
