This holiday flat is located in the immediate vicinity of the Los Gigantes marina. From here it is only a few minutes' walk to the town, the marina or the beach. There are various restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours, pizzerias, doctors, pharmacies and shops in the immediate vicinity.
In front of the flats is the communal pool area, where the pool is surrounded by a large lawn. There are also outdoor showers and a toilet block.
This beautiful flat is equipped with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms / WC large living room with kitchen bar and satellite / TV. In front of the flat is the sun terrace. Behind the flat there is a patio where you can dry your bathing gear, for example.
