This holiday home, a private paradise for your holiday in Corsica with pool, is located about 25 km south of Bastia in a quiet residential area of the small village of Querciolo, 5 km from Folelli and only 5 minutes by car from the fine sandy beach of Cap Sud on the east coast of the island. You rent as described the house (see start photo) the whole right, low residential unit side incl. large outdoor kitchen and pool for sole use, the owner lives in the outbuilding, German-speaking care on site, other languages: French, Italian, Czech and English.
You rent the house for sole use as described, the owner lives in a separate residential unit with her own entrance. The entrance to the property is shared by you and the owner.

The family-friendly single-storey house extends over a living space of 120 mÂČ and is divided into a large living room with fireplace, cosy living area and integrated sociable dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and three completely separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two separate WCs with windows complete the house. In the first two double bedrooms you sleep in a double bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm. Bedside cabinets with reading lamps and a wardrobe to store your travelling wardrobe are available. In the third bedroom there are two single beds 90/200, in this room you can put the baby bed. In the light-flooded living room there is a large leather seating area with a coffee table and a fireplace, which provides cosy warmth in the winter months if desired. A satellite TV connection and DVD player, a hi-fi system and a small library including board games provide entertainment after a day out. A dining room with an oval dining table that invites 6 people to share a meal, follow a sideboard with plenty of crockery into the well-equipped kitchen. It has a fridge, a cooker with four electric hotplates, oven, washing machine, microwave and plenty of crockery. The three bathrooms are each equipped with a shower and washbasin, mirror, hairdryer, ample storage space, heating and window. In addition to the large fireplace in the living room, all rooms and bathrooms are equipped with electric heating. The house is equipped with four mobile air conditioning units. Internet connection via WLAN is also available free of charge in and around the house, including in the summer kitchen. The baby package includes a baby high chair and a baby cot free of charge. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed!!!

If it gets too warm, the 40 mÂČ pool offers a pleasant way to cool off from April to October. Of course, you also have the option of refreshing yourself with the outdoor shower (hot and cold water). Adjacent to the pool is the highlight of this holiday accommodation, the fully equipped outdoor kitchen with additional crockery, four gas hobs, large fridge with separate freezer compartment, dishwasher, a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine, a tea machine, toaster, kettle and plenty of storage space. The outdoor kitchen can be closed off with roller blinds and there are two electric sun blinds along the entire length of the outdoor kitchen. A fan also provides cool air in the summer kitchen. There is plenty of garden furniture, a large dining table and plenty of garden chairs for spending time outdoors. The spacious 4000 square metre garden offers plenty of space to be active on the in-house boules court, for example. Or you can enjoy a dip in the sun on the deckchairs. But there are also shady spots for an afternoon nap, preferably in a hammock. The many oleander and olive trees that surround the property with their blossoms and the spacious, sunny sunbathing lawn offer pure nature - the perfect way to enjoy a holiday! Laze around under the parasol or in one of the many sun loungers on the terrace and watch your children let off steam on the large, completely enclosed property.

There is no more table tennis on site!

A special feature next to the summer kitchen is the large Nairobi stone barbecue. When dusk falls, the entire property is illuminated: Time for a romantic end to the day with an excellent glass of Corsican wine or an unforgettable game of petanque on the boules court, which is floodlit in the evening. The centre of the village is approx. 800 metres away, where you will find a grocery shop, a pizzeria, a pharmacy and public transport. Numerous restaurants and shopping facilities are approx. 3 to 5 kilometres away. Just 3 kilometres away, at Cap Sud, a wonderful sandy beach awaits you. Water sports on the beach, hiking and skiing in the mountainous interior, the unique landscape and historic towns, villages and sights make Corsica an ideal holiday destination. You can arrive by plane or ferry. Travelling by plane is a good option, as Bastia (Poretta) airport is only 12 km from the holiday home and the flight time from Cologne/Bonn, for example, is only 1 hour and 40 minutes. But travelling by ferry also has its attractions. The harbour of Bastia is only 26 km away.
