This spacious and beautifully designed one-bedroom, one-bath apartment offers the ideal blend of comfort and convenience. The private bedroom features a cozy queen-size bed, while the living area includes a comfortable full-size sleeper sofa, perfect for additional guests. The full bathroom is thoughtfully appointed with a shower-tub combo and single vanity.



Enjoy the ease of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a K-Cup coffee machine for your morning brew, and everything you need to cook meals at home or prepare for a day of adventure. An in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays effortless, and a streaming TV lets guests log into their own accounts to watch favorite shows and movies.

This is a two-story building. Please note: there is no elevator access.

• Safety Information

The emergency exit is located in the hallway leading to the front entrance. An emergency ladder is stored in the closet for guest use if needed.

•Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges.

•Pets are not allowed.

•Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited.

•Split System AC and heating. Feel free to set at your preferred temperature.

•4 Sets of bed linens provided ( 2 for Queen bed in master bedroom and 2 sets for the sofa bed in living room) extras are in master closet.

•Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed.
