Fantastiskt centrum lÀge och hus

Detta Àr en helt ombyggd 1920-talets bungalow. Huset har en gammal charm med moderna inslag. Huset Àr omgivet av Drake Park, Deschutes River, Downtown och Old Mill District.

Ett sovrum har en king size-sÀng och det andra har en queen size-sÀng. SÀngarna Àr nya med minnesskummadrasser. Varje sÀng har en elektrisk madrass varmare för de kalla Bend-nÀtter. Den nya soffan har ocksÄ en bekvÀm utdragbar dubbelsÀng.

Vardagsrummet har en bekvÀm sittgrupp med HD-TV. Det finns ocksÄ trÄdlöst internet. Hemmet har en centralvÀrmeenhet och en eldstad.

Köket har gasspis, ugn, mikrovÄgsugn, automatisk diskmaskin, bortskaffande och inbyggd ismaskin. Köket har allt som behövs för att förbereda och servera en komplett mÄltid. Det finns en frukostbar för tvÄ och ett matbord med sex platser.

Det nya badrummet har tvÄ fickdörrar för att ge en privat dusch och toalettomrÄde. Badrummet har ett uppvÀrmt kakelgolv och ett handdukstativ. Det privata duschomrÄdet Àr mycket högt med inbyggt duschhuvud och handhÄllen dusch.

Utanför den nya trottoaren vÀlkomnar du dig till en tÀckt veranda. Sidan och trÀdgÄrden Àr inhÀgnad och har en sten uteplats. Det finns parkering utanför gatan för minst tvÄ bilar.

This place was perfect for a girls getaway weekend. The location was great, and the house was clean and comfortable. We were going to a show at the Tower Theater, so we loved to see the framed picture in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Broadway Bungalow! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The location is great, a short walk to the main street in old Bend.

Matthew is a most responsive host. Residence was spotlessly clean. Watch your head when going down stairs to basement. Hines Meats for steaks; Lodge @ Hot Lake for diversion; Oregon Trail Interpretive Center (Baker City) for history.

Perfect location, well kept, comfortable property. However, The beds are so high my husband and I had trouble getting in and out. I am 5’4” and my husband 5’8”. Very challenging. Looks good but not practical. Future bookings will include inquiries about the hight of the bed.

House was perfect for our family. Very close to the river trail for walking the dog and so many great places to check out within walking or very short driving distance.

Perfect Location and Clean Home

The location could not be better for walkability to plenty of great food spots and downtown. Home was comfortable and great kitchen for making meals for everyone. Will plan to stay here again!

Excellent Location

The Bend Bungalow was in a great location. Walking distance to the River Walk, Food Carts and Market of Choice for groceries. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. The back patio had a nice table and chairs to enjoy the nice weather in the morning and afternoon Would absolutely book this location again on a future visit to Bend.

Bend’s Best Kept Secret

This was our third stay in this house. It’s just perfect! We work remote and have perfect internet every time, the dog loves the yard, and the location could not be beat. This will continue to be our Bend lodging for many more trips!!

Would 100 percent stay here again. Tons of towels and blankets. Beds were comfortable and it was a great location to downtown. Everything you would need to cook with and more. Can’t say enough good things about this place. If you’re on the fence about booking a spot; grab this spot and you’re guaranteed a memorable stay!

Traveled with our two pups. House was really comfortable and functional. Fenced backyard was great when needing to let the fur babies out in the morning. Loved that we could easily walk downtown or to old mill, awesome location. will stay here again.

Very nice home

We enjoyed our stay at the home, the check in process was quick and easy. We found the home clean, comfortable and very well stocked. Communication with Tami was very good, we would stay again.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We have been coming to the Bend area for years and decided we wanted to retire here someday. We wanted to be able to walk to all the areas that surround our house. We love walking to downtown, Drake Park and the River trail.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We have enjoyed making this house our home and look forward to retiring in Bend and being able to enjoy all that Bend has to offer. This particular location is so nice because we are 3 to 4 blocks from Downtown, Drake Park, Columbia Park, Old Mill Shopping and Theater the River Trail, the bus pick up to Mt. Bachelor and Galveston restaurants like the Lot.
