This detached single-family house is in a quiet village at the end of the street in beautiful and green surroundings, just 3km from the sea and 4km from Umag. The location is ideal for family activities, romantic trips or simply pure relaxation and leisure.
The living room opens onto the roofed terrace with a large garden table and chairs, where you can enjoy meals together. On the second garden level, right next to the excellently equipped grill kitchen (wood and charcoal), you can enjoy al fresco meals under a large traditional tree. The inviting pool (8 x 6m) is right next to the charming roofed lounge area with an extra sitting and lounger area with an outdoor shower. The ca. 800m² site is fully fenced in and so also ideal for children to play and dogs to run around. You can park free of charge on the large private parking space.
The house of around 160m² made of stone was recently renovated to the highest standard and includes many traditional elements, in combination with a modern touch. The ground floor has a large living room with satellite TV and a modern kitchen equipped with an oven, a fridge and freezer, an electric stove, a dishwasher, a toaster and a kettle. On this floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed 180cm wide. The first floor comprises two bedrooms, one with two single beds 90cm wide, the other with a double bed 160cm wide. These two bedrooms also each have an open ensuite bathroom with a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. On the second floor there is also a generous bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a double bed (180cm wide) and an open and high ceiling. A ladder leads to two mattresses (100cm wide) under the roof for two further people. The owner can provide a games console and board games for all ages. The whole house has heating and air conditioning. The free wireless Internet access is available throughout the house, except on the second floor, and on the terrace. It is accessed by entering an access code, which is displayed in the house and in the welcome folder.
The nearest centre with a train station, bars and clubs is 4km away. There is a grocery shop just 2km away, and it is 3km to cafes and restaurants. If you would like to enjoy sports activities, you can find a golf course (ca.10km), riding facilities (ca. 2km), a swimming pool (ca. 5km), a tennis court (ca. 5km) and a football ground (ca. 2km). It is only about 3km to the sea.
