With a size of 85 mÂČ, it offers space for up to six people and enchants with a wonderful water view directly on the harbour. Perfect for nature lovers and active holidaymakers, the house is just 50 metres from the natural bathing beach and offers ideal conditions for surfing, kiting, cycling and fishing. A peaceful retreat that combines comfort and adventure.
Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge-freezer, hob with oven and dishwasher, two inviting bathrooms and three separate bedrooms for your comfort. The spacious living room, combined with the open dining area and the fireplace, as well as the sauna offer you cosy evenings and pure relaxation. A washing machine can be used for a fee and WLAN is available throughout the house.
The outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired: Two terraces, one of which is covered, with various seating options, sun loungers, a barbecue and beach chairs invite you to linger. The adjoining garden offers plenty of space for relaxation and fun. The house also has two car parking spaces, and our bicycles are available free of charge for exploring the area.
The surrounding area offers a wealth of activities and sights. Discover the nearby Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft, go on excursions to Rostock, WarnemĂŒnde, the maritime museum and Ozeaneum in Stralsund or the bird park in Marlow.
