Experience the charm and comfort of our over 100-year-old holiday home, which offers a fantastic view of the Dolomites and can accommodate up to four/five adults or four adults and one child. After a complete modernisation in 2009, this accommodation combines historical elegance with modern comfort. Whether you are looking for active relaxation or want to unwind in unspoilt nature - you will find your personal holiday happiness here.
The interior of this three-storey gem is a real experience. On the ground floor, the rustically furnished living/dining room with open-plan kitchen and fireplace promises cosy hours. A highlight is the luxurious bathroom with bath, shower and jacuzzi as well as the adjoining conservatory, which is ideal for dining. The latter creates a warm atmosphere with its lovely furnishings. On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with a large double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV, which offers a wonderful view of the mountains. The second floor serves as another living room with convertible single beds, an additional children's bed and a cosy TV corner.
Outside, the house has a fully fenced area that guarantees privacy and security. There is a private car park right outside the front door as well as an inviting dining area under a canopy with outside light. The upper terrace boasts a large barbecue and a picturesque, covered stone table - perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing under the Dolomite sky.
The location of the house promises unforgettable experiences. The majestic Dolomites are right on your doorstep, while Lake Santa Croce, the Nevegal Group ski area and numerous hiking trails for active holidaymakers are just a stone's throw away.
