The apartment is on the island of Rügen in Lancken on the Wittow peninsula, between the Baltic Sea and the bodden, just 800 metres from the beautiful natural beach with a view of Hiddensee.
The cosy terrace leaves nothing to be desired, with a table, chairs, a parasol and a grill. There are two parking spaces in front of the house.
The house was completed in 2012. The apartment is suitable for four to five people and is fully-furnished and equipped. It has a living room with an open kitchen and access to the terrace, as well as two bedrooms with a double bed, a bathroom with a modern shower and a washing machine. The first bedroom has a double bed 180c m wide, a wardrobe and bedside tables. The second bedroom has a double bed 140cm wide, a dresser and bedside tables. The living room comprises a lounge area with a sofa, satellite TV, a DVD player and radio, and a dining and cooking area with an open kitchen equipped with an electric stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and a dining table. The bathroom has a window, washing machine, massage shower, washbasin and WC. The hallway has cloakroom space and a shoe cupboard.
Nearby you can find supermarkets, restaurants, a riding farm, a swimming pool, bicycle hire, ferries, a petrol station, doctor, pharmacy etc.
The whole apartment has under-floor heating and all the floors are tiled. All the windows are fitted with blinds. Bed linen and towels can be provided for a fee. Small dogs are allowed on request. During the main season the owners can smoke fresh fish for their holiday guests. The apartment has a big freezer, useful for fishing enthusiasts.
