Our climate house with two fantastic, comfortable holiday flats is located in a very quiet street - 3 minutes from the Weissensee lido with kiosk and catering. We tell our guests again and again: " You will hardly find a quieter and better starting point with TOP infrastructure for all your activities! " There is a nearby shop for daily needs with bread and meat products, etc., three different restaurants and two bistros, a savings bank machine and the bus stop (line # 71) with free local transport.

Newly furnished, comfortable ground floor garden living/sleeping flat with 49 mÂČ in a very quiet location and air-conditioned ventilation system for always fresh air in the rooms!

Sleeping area: 2 raised and foot-open, separate single beds or beds that can be put together with beautiful bed linen, additional blankets and pillows. Both beds L x W 200 x 90 cm with adjustable slatted frames. Situated directly on Lake Weissensee, surrounded by woods and meadows, we offer ideal conditions for sports enthusiasts, those seeking peace and quiet, families, day trippers and those who want to relax and unwind on holiday.

From here, you have direct access to a wide range of leisure activities such as unlimited hiking from easy to challenging. Enjoy beautiful Nordic walking and cycling tours.

Experience royal castles: Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau.
Regional culture and many famous sights: Baroque basilica of St. Mang, the High Castle in the town with changing exhibitions, historic town centre.

Especially for our hiking and cycling enthusiasts, we have all altitudes to offer and are happy to be a supporting holiday home for active mountain sports in our extensive region.
Both holiday flats are equipped to a very high standard.
