The living area in the basement is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, coffee table and armchair. A satellite TV also provides excellent reception of non-local radio stations. The cosy dining area with a large wooden table and four chairs completes the room. A holiday library and an assortment of games are at your disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave with grill, large cooker with oven and extractor bonnet, a dishwasher, coffee machine as well as a small espresso maker, toaster and beautiful crockery. The spice cupboard is stocked.

The spacious holiday home is located on the village road slightly uphill. The village road with residential traffic is only built on one side and runs parallel to the shore meadow, the reed belt and the water. The nearest shops and restaurants are approx. 4 km away.

IMPORTANT: During the summer months the holiday home can only be rented on a weekly basis, during this time arrival/departure is always on Saturdays. Laundry packages, energy and water costs are included in the final cleaning fee. Visitor's tax must be paid at the spa administration in Sellin.
