Large glass sliding doors in the living room open directly onto your private, extensive sunny balcony, furnished with a table and chairs and with a grill available for use. An awning provides pleasant shade during the hot midday hours. If you arrive by car you can use one secure parking space right in front of the house.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a two-storey residential house from the year 1986. It was extensively refurbished just recently in 2016 and in 2019 and provided with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. Your apartment is about 250 metres from the blue Adriatic and the nearest pebbled beaches (Omorika and Majnaric), where children will enjoy the big playground. It is about 1.2km to the nearest sandy beach stretching 1km from Crikvenica to Dramalj. In the centre of Dramalj there are a range of shops, cafés and restaurants.
