Gorgeous home in the perfect location! We’ve stayed here before and will again in a few months. Love that it’s extremely clean, tastefully decorated, comfy beds and so close to the neighborhood pool. Nanci (owner) and BK (property manager) were amazing. Super fast response time to questions. Definitely recommend staying here.

Clean, Spacious, & Close to Brownwood Square

This home was perfect for a weekend stay with three children under the age of 10, very clean, spacious, and comfy. Close to Brownwood Square for the perfect entertainment and shopping experience.

Wonderful Stay

The house was very clean when we arrived. The toiletries and supplies made available to use were plentiful. The location is ideal to both the pools and the town square. We had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful place

The property was as advertised. The place was beautiful and had all of the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation. We really loved the open concept and the layout of the house. It was located close to the Brownwood square for shopping and entertainment. It was in a great neighborhood for walking. The owners were great to deal with and we do plan to stay there again.

Just like home

This was our second stay at this lovely home. We loved every thing about it ie. Location, furnishings, golf cart, cleanliness and staples(toilet paper paper towels etc). Looking forward too next years stay.

Perfect location and beautiful home!

We had a fantastic stay here. The home is beautiful and the location to Brownwood Square, Eisenhower rec center and the neighborhood pool is perfect. We also rented the golf cart which is the best way to get around. The home is well appointed with everything you need. The property manager was super fast at answering any questions. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Perfect place for us

This house met all of our needs during our stay for a celebration of life. It had all the amenities that we needed, and if we were going to be there for a fun vacation it had those as well. If we ever need a house to stay in The Villages again, this will be our place. Check-in was easy and the property manager is very helpful.

Villages Experience

We enjoyed out time at the property and having the convenience of a golf cart to enjoy all that the villages has to offer. The property is clean, comfortable with all amenities and within very close proximity to the Paddock. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Villages Visit

We went to the villages to visit with family members who live there. They showed all the amenities and activities. We were very busy everyday with all the fun outdoor activities and events. The Villages is definitely a place where everyone can find something fun daily that suits the individual.

No control of AC Disappointing Interactions w Owners

Although the property is advertised with air conditioning, the check in instructions say to reach out to the owner if you want to adjust the termperature. Upon arrival, we called and texted owner who was initially slow to respond and then rudely refused to take temperature below 71 degrees. There is no wifi thermostat on the property and thermostat was locked out. We asked VRBO to assist and neither owner initially answered VRBOs calls or emails. Finally at 10 pm owner texts us that we can vacate for refund. It was too late to get into another VRBO. After a hot restless night and still no return call by owner to VRBO, we leave. There were no immediately available VRBOs so we spent the next night in a hotel until we could get into another VRBO. Then owners decide they will not reimburse cleaning fee. We explained that the lack of control over the ac should have been disclosed in the listing as that would have been a deal breaker for us. We even pulled and washed the sheets from the one bed used per check-out instructions. Bc Owner refused full refund after initially texting she would give one, we have not been able to get the VRBO fees refunded. We have stayed in hundreds of VRBOs and ABBs and have never had an owner insist the temperature not go below a set temp, much less 71. We did suggest they disclose this in the listing and hope they decide to be more transparent with future renters.

Randy & Nanci both grew up on rural Wisconsin farms in St. Croix County, WI. We have lived in Hudson, WI since 1987. We have raised all our children in Hudson. Hudson, WI is on the St. Croix River and is a small charming Historic town with a Marina, Hudson is known as the bedroom community to Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN. Randy has worked at Andersen Windows all his life since he graduated in 1977 and retired in 2017 after 40 dedicated years. Nanci is currently a licensed Realtor/Broker Associate in WI & MN for Edina Realty, Inc. and has been providing Real Estate Services since 1992. Nanci works remote from The Villages at times. We have owned rental property and decided it was time to sell in WI and fell in love with The Villages, Florida area so we did a 1031 exchange and purchased our new Designer Wisteria home in October of 2013 in The Village of Collier near the new Brownwood Paddock Square.

Varför värden valde detta boende

All renters love our location, 1 mi. to Brownwood Paddock Square for walking, biking, golf cart riding. By Eisenhower Rec Center we half an outdoor work out equipment for body resistance training. 3 Pools within walking distance, a sports pool, neighborhood poot and family pool. During our search for the perfect home we fell in love with this home and decided this was the one for us. We loved the open space and the expresso finish on the cabinets along with the screened lanai screened with landscaping. Loved birdseye view of golfers from our breakfast nook of Sandhill Executive Course. The Owner's sweet was nice size and offered a large walk-in closet and the loved the double counter height sink vanity and the walk in large tiled shower. Our home has a double garage and is surrounded by many homes that would be considered much higher in value than ours so that definitely was a plus. What sealed the deal was that we could access a shortcut golf cart trail that would give us a short 3 minute ride to Brownwood Paddock Square right behind the Regional Eisenhower Rec Center as well as around the corner from The Collier Neighborhood Pool.

Location, Location, Location!! We loved everything about the home and felt this would be perfect for anyone who would like to come down and enjoy The Villages. New and fresh in a great location.
