Welcome to this fantastic townhouse in LlubĂ, with an additional apartment and private pool. It sleeps 10 guests.
The true star of this wonderful townhouse is the private chlorine pool -that sizes 7 x 3 meters and has a water depth ranging from 1.2 to 2 meters-. It invites you to cool down after sunbathing by it or at the top terrace. There is a chill-out area and 6 sunloungers in total. This terrace is perfect for cooking delicious BBQs alfresco and if you wish you can also prepare them in the exterior kitchen and enjoy them right there or in the furnished backyard. There also is an exterior bathroom with a shower by the pool.
The property consists of three buildings: a main house on the ground floor, and two apartments. One apartment is on the first floor, accessible via stairs near the pool, and the other is in a separate annex.
The main house features a rustic living-dining room with a TV, DVD player, CD player, air conditioning, and a wood stove. There's an additional room with two sofas. The kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is in a glazed area with a barbecue. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (bathtub and shower), and another with bunk beds. Both rooms have ceiling fans and electric wall radiators for heating.
The first apartment has a living room with TV and air conditioning, a kitchen-dining area with a ceramic hob, a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower. There are also two sofa beds in the living room.
In the annex, there's a spacious living-dining room with air conditioning and a Smart TV, a kitchen with a ceramic hob, a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, and a fan. There's an additional bed in the loft above the living room. The annex also has a bathroom with a shower.
Each building has laundry facilities with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
The property is in the center of LlubĂ, an authentic town with all needed services like bars and traditional restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The nearest beach is the one of Can Picafort, only 19 km away. If you like playing golf, the course of Pollensa is 21 km from the house.
