These five fully-equipped and furnished holiday apartments are idyllically situated in the pristine nature of the Bavarian Forest, near the Czech border, ideal for all-round relaxation. The apartments with modern and exclusive furnishing are suitable for two to four people. They offer peace and quiet, clear air and clean water, basically a treat for all the senses. The charming landscape with more than 200km of waymarked hiking trails is an insider’s tip for nature lovers. Enjoy the beauty of nature and the impressive panorama in these picturesque surroundings and switch off completely.

There are free car parking spaces available. Wireless Internet access is also available free of charge. There is a big garden with a grill area and lawn. Children can play here undisturbed. There are also nice children’s playgrounds nearby.

The swimming lake, Perlsee, is just a stone’s throw from the house. The house is in a quiet location right by the forest and is about 1km from the Liskova border crossing to the Czech Republic. You can therefore go on trips, hikes and benefit from wel-priced shopping in the neighbouring country.

The house is completely new and lovingly furnished with high-quality, modern furniture. Each holiday flat has a storeroom/utility room. The holiday flats are barrier-free. The kitchens are fully equipped, including a dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and extractor fan. All flats have a wood-burning stove with soapstone panelling and a glass panel for a romantic atmosphere. The wood for this is available free of charge. The bathroom has a large washbasin, WC and shower. Towels and bathrobes are provided free of charge. All flats are equipped with central heating. All beds are double beds with two separate mattresses.

The holiday flat has a large balcony, balcony furniture is available.

The ground floor flat offers a living space of 70 square metres. There is one bedroom with a double bed, so the flat can be booked for a maximum of two people. However, a cot can be added.

From hiking, horse riding, skiing to golf, everything is possible in the immediate vicinity. Culture and leisure are also taken care of. The festivals "Trenck der Pandur", "Guttensteiner" or the oldest historical festival in Germany "Der Drachenstich" await you. You can also visit glassworks, museums or take a ride in a horse-drawn carriage for a change of pace. Perlhütte is a residential area in the climatic health resort of Waldmünchen in the Upper Bavarian Forest Nature Park and is beautifully situated opposite the Perlsee lake. The Perlsee lake, which lies on the doorstep of Perlhütte, is an inviting place to go for a walk. Our area is a paradise for hikers, nature lovers and mountain bikers. A foot and cycle path leads past Perlhütte to both the border with the Czech Republic and to Waldmünchen, known by the locals as "Woldminga". The "Perlsee Adventure Centre" offers fishing opportunities, swimming fun in the Perlsee, pedal boat hire, a campsite, a lakeside restaurant with terrace, an indoor riding arena and a mini-golf course. The "Räüuberhöhle" adventure playground was opened in June 2011. In bad weather or in winter, we recommend a visit to the Aquafit adventure pool in Waldmünchen. Perlhütte is located on the edge of the forest near the Czech mountain Cerchov (1,042 m). From here, Cerchov can be hiked on foot or cycled on a mountain bike. However, the hike to Mount Cerchov through the forest involves a distance of around 6 kilometres and an elevation gain of around 500 metres. The effort is worth it: in good weather conditions, you can enjoy a marvellous panoramic view of the region from the Cerchov observation tower.
