One of the major attractions of this residence is the beautiful pool: placed at the center of a large safe condominium green area, having three relaxing pools, 2 for enjoy kids. The pool is open from mid-May to mid-September.

The apartments are on the first and second floor and they have a terrace with table and chairs overlooking the pool. They all have air conditioning. The East Selenis has a laundry room, shared by all 30 apartments in the residence.
