On the ground floor, the villa offers you a large, bright living/dining room with a wrap-around terrace, an open-plan, modern fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a guest toilet. From the terrace you have access to the pool terrace and the garden via an external staircase.
In the basement of the villa there is a separate, spacious bedroom with shower room. The bedroom has direct access to the pool and sun terrace.
The fully fenced plot with automatic driveway gate has a size of 979 mÂČ and is landscaped with a beautiful sun terrace, a pool of 10 x 4 metres, outdoor shower, various seating areas, carport and parking space.
