Relaxing holiday flat in villa with park The flat is on the first floor of a villa surrounded by a beautiful park and garden on the edge of the Aveto Park. The villa is in open countryside close to trails and locations for trekking or nature walks. The sea is only 24 km away. Nearby are lakes and areas of particular archaeological and artistic importance.
The flat consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and a living room with kitchenette. Access to the balcony from the bedroom and the living roomThe bedroom is furnished with a double bed and 2 single beds, wardrobe, table and bedside tables, private bathroomThe other bedroom has a loft bed and 1 single bed, private bathroom. The living room is large with a kitchenette also has a single sofa bed, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, various kitchen equipment and linen. Wifi is throughout the house and in some areas outside.
Parking is in front of the house. A lush grove of conifers and chestnut trees surrounds the house as well as a colourful and fragrant garden full of different flowers for each season. There are seats and corners with benches in various areas as well as a barbecue with a gazebo and a table for outdoor dining.
The Villa is in a green and unspoilt area of Liguria, halfway between the sea and the Apennines.
In the surroundings there are various places of artistic and cultural interest. Beautiful paths within the forest lead to the most beloved Alta Via dei Monti Liguri, La Via del Sale, and other very suggestive places.
