Directly in front of the apartment, a covered terrace with a wonderful sea view invites you to linger. The terrace is tastefully furnished and is perfect for relaxing hours outdoors. Behind the house you will find a lovingly designed garden with a brick barbecue, ideal for shared barbecue evenings.There is a parking space for your vehicle directly on the property. Pets are welcome (for a fee of 7.00 euros per day and pet). The air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures and is already included in the price. Heating can be booked if required for 7.00 euros per day.
