The apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed (for 2 people), a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, so it can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Other amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite/cable TV. From the private covered terrace, equipped with sun loungers and dining table, and the garden, shared with the neighbors, there is an unobstructed view of the Sassolungo and the Sella Group. Supermarkets, bakeries and cafes are all within a 5-minute drive (1.5 km), while a restaurant is just 280 m away (a 5-minute walk). A bus stop is also right next to the building, less than a minute's walk away. In summer, the region invites you to go hiking or biking in the nearby Dolomites or on the famous Alpe di Siusi (Alpe di Siusi). In the winter season, many great ski resorts can be explored. In addition to the Alpe di Siusi, the Sellaronda ski area with state-of-the-art lifts can be reached in 40 minutes by car (22 km). The area also offers fantastic cross-country ski trails and toboggan runs. South Tyrol's beautiful capital city of Bolzano (Bozen) is 45 minutes by car or 40 km southwest of Ortisei (Sankt Ulrich).
