The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house and is modernly furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Dramalj. The holiday apartement is located on a 500 sqm enclosed plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives only occasionally in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating (wood/coal), underfloor heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and iron. Television reception via satellite.
Pool
All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to late October 6 m x 4 m 1.5 m deep).
