The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet, sunny location. Available for shared use: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Dramalj. The holiday apartement is located on a 300 sqm enclosed plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives only occasionally in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
