San Marco Square Apt AMAZING

The apartment was so easy to find with the detailed instructions from the Manager. The place as clean and just as described. Stairs are not for the weak of heart or LARGE suitcases, but we planned well for our time in Italy! We loved the local cafes in the morning and awesome selection of restaurants nearby for lunch or dinner. This location is awesome to see most of Venice and we will definitely come back and stay here again!! The snacks and coffee were a lovely treat to start out our stay as well. Thank you so much for your hospitality!! Enjoy the rest of your summer.

Perfect location, perfect vacation

This property is wonderful. Spacious, sleeping for 5, washer/dryer, drinks in fridge, the host thought of everything. The location is right next to San Marcos square and in easy walking distance to everything. We were so pleasantly surprised and loved our stay.

Incredible place!

We had the best time staying here. Best feature is its central location right of St. Mark's Square. They were a dream to work with. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A Venetian delight!

This apartment that is just a minute’s walk from Piazza San Marco was a great home away from home for our four nights in La Serenissima. Be aware there are three long flights of stairs to go up and down, but we went out in the mornings and most times didn’t return until end of day, so that was not really an issue for us. Management was communicative and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is good, with a great location near Plaza St. Marcos. It was clean and well-equipped, and the owner kindly provided some food and sodas, which we appreciated. We also enjoyed good Wi-Fi and a nice TV. The only downside is that the apartment is on the third floor, which means there are a lot of stairs to climb, and there is no elevator."

Family stay in heart of Venice

Amazing location in center of Venice. Plenty of room for family 5. Convenient touches like easy check in and food/drinks there for snack after day of travel. Air conditioning and wifi are top of the line. Surprisingly quiet for central location. From our family's perspective, steps to room were easy, nowhere near as difficult as similar apartments in Paris and NY.

One of Venice's best kept secrets

Fabulous one bedroom apartment a few steps away from St Mark's Square. Beautifully decorated with all mod cons, including a fabulous sound system and SKY tv! Loved the basic provisions left for us - coffee, juice, milk, bread, biscuits etc Fabio and his team have really got it right! Thanks for a superb weekend!

Perfect location

This large apartment is ideally located only two minutes away from place San Marco. The owner is is always available and gives plenty of explanation. This apartment is also very well stocked with things to eat and drink. I would say that check in would be improved if someone was present. Our was completely virtual.

Perfect Location in Venice

This was a perfect apartment for two couples to stay in. The apartment is located very close to San Marco Square which makes it very easy to find after wandering and exploring Venice. The apartment is beautifully appointed throughout, and the use of a washer and dryer midway through our trip was an added bonus. We also enjoyed the coffee, beverages and food that were supplied for breakfast. The stairs are a little steep, but not a deterrent. I highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay there again.
