This modern ground floor flat is located 1.65 km from the sea. It has a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle and dining table. The living room has a sofa, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed and the other with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a bidet. Outside, you can relax on the 15 m2 covered terrace overlooking the garden. It is also possible to barbecue in the courtyard. Bed linen and towels are already provided and the owner also offers guests a laundry service. A baby cot is available on request. The entire flat is also wheelchair accessible. Pets are welcome for a fee and there is a private car park for you in the courtyard. The owner lives in the same house and is there for you if you need anything!
