This modern ground floor flat is designed for comfort and convenience and is located 1.65 km from the sea. It has a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle and dining table. The living room has a sofa (which can be used as a sofa bed), satellite TV, WiFi and air conditioning. The cosy bedroom has a double bed and the bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and bidet. Outside, you can relax on the 15 m2 covered terrace with garden view or use the communal barbecue. Bed linen and towels are provided and the owner also offers guests a laundry service. A baby cot is available on request. The entire unit is also wheelchair accessible. Pets are welcome for a fee and there is a private car park for you in the courtyard. The owner lives in the same house and is there for you if you need anything!
