Situated between the town of Pollenca and a rocky hillside topped by a charming pilgrimage church. This spacious finca is situated in an ideal location for hiking and reaching local amenities in the town. The holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, satellite television and table tennis. The holiday home is especially family-friendly, with a cot and highchair available on request, as well as toys and books for children. Outside, there is a private pool, garden, open and covered terrace spaces with chill-out areas and a grill for you to cook tasty dinners. From the outdoor area you have spectcular views over the mountains and the onto the town. A selection of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars can be found in the center of the town, which is just 5 minutes on foot (500m). The beach is also within easy reach of the holiday home, with the nearest beach (Platja d'Albercutx) 12 minutes (8km) away by car. The nearest airport is in Palma, which is a 40-minute (60km) drive away.
